Magda's Art - Returns Policy


What can be returned

30 days after date of purchase, no refund or exchange can be given.

Any item that is damaged for reasons not due to our error, will not be refunded

All artwork prices include shipping insurance, so if the artwork is damaged during shipping, you will receive refund after the insurance has paid out.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it to be refunded or exchanged.
It must also be in the original packaging.

How to return your item

Please supply - here - your receipt or proof of purchase along with photographs of damaged packaging if your artwork was received damaged. Please note that when signing for your delivery, you must note if there was visible damage to your package.

Then we will supply instructions and address where to return your artwork to.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether we will be refunding you.

If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed as soon as the insurance has accepted our claim, if applicable. We will keep you informed of the progress along the line.

If you haven’t received a refund when you were expected to, first check your bank account again.

Remember it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then, if you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The original shipping costs as well as the return shipping costs and insurance costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the costs of original shipping will have been deducted from your refund.

If your product was not damaged and you wish to exchange it, you must first email us here to request this.

If I agree to an exchange, you will pay for all shipping and shipping insurance costs as well as a small handling fee. This amount will then be deducted from the original amount paid to determine how much credit is left to choose a new artwork for. I will only send the replacement once I have received the original item back and if it is in good condition.

If you choose a new artwork for a smaller amount, you will lose the difference. In this case, you may choose an additional artwork, but if the total amount is more than the credit given for the returned work, you will be liable for the difference. Shipping and insurance costs will then be added and will also have to be paid for before the replacement work/works will be shipped.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
