1. Overview
This website is operated by Magda's Art. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Magda's Art.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Roodepoort, Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA 2001.
18. Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via PayFast or by bank transfer into the Magda's Art bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
Our store uses PayFast as payment processor. They provide us with the online payment processing service that allows us to sell our products and services to you. When paying using PayFast, you will need to agree to their Terms of Service as well.
Card transactions will be acquired for Magda's Art via PayFast who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayFast uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may visit PayFast here to see how they safeguard your details. We suggest you read their End User Agreement and Privacy Policy as well.
19. Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. The transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
